"In a world where risk and suffering are everybody's problem, the needs of our neighbours are the needs of the whole human family. Let's respond just as we do when our immediate family is in need or trouble. We may be amazed by the difference we can make."

Weekdays

ABC Services (pre-school)
Takes place at 2.15 pm on the first Wednesday of the month during school terms. It is an informal, brief and friendly service for pre-school children, toddlers and babies and takes place in the church. It is followed by tea, crafts and play in the church Centre. The timing is such that parents can go straight from here to pick up school aged children.
Mid-week Holy Communion
There is a communion service in the church building on the fourth Wednesday each month at 2.00 p.m., followed by Wednesday Fellowship in the Centre.

Music and Worship

band3
The music used in worship at Busbridge reflects the diversity of our congregations. The 10.00am “Classic” is largely mainstream-Anglican in worship style, organ led but with some use of piano and other instruments too. There is no choir, but a rota of singers help lead the worship.

Both the 10.00am “Contemporary” congregation meeting in the School hall, and the 6.30pm congregation are band-led, with worship leaders working alongside singers and a variety of instrumentalists, using music predominantly from the Spring Harvest/Soul Survivor genre.

There is a wide range of talented musicians across the worship styles who meet regularly for fellowship, rehearsal and to improve their skills. Contact Alan Harvey 01483 423264 re the Classic or 6.30pm congregation, or Karen Hart 01483 428292 – re the Contemporary congregation, for more information.
